As a Clinical Support Care Advocate, you will be an essential part of our care team, helping patients feel at ease while conducting our state-of-the-art neurological scans.

This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives on precision, and enjoys working with technology in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

• Perform neurological scans using INSiGHT CLA technology

• Guide patients through the scan process with warmth and confidence

• Record accurate scan data and assist the doctor with patient history and consult preparation

• Maintain scan equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability

• Support clinical operations by helping with patient flow and organization

• Energetic, focused, and highly organized

• A clear communicator both in person and digitally

• Tech-comfortable with tools like Synapse, Notability, and digital communication platforms (or willing to learn)

• Hungry to grow and take ownership of their role in fulfilling TFC's mission

Schedule & Details:

• Part-time position with potential to expand

• Set weekly hours with some flexibility

• Training provided-no prior experience required
