Here’s what you can expect before, during, and after your first visit with us:
BEFORE YOU COME IN
Once you schedule your new patient appointment, you’ll receive a link to complete your intake paperwork at your leisure.
This gives us the opportunity to understand your unique health journey, your challenges, and your goals for healing; allowing us to serve you with the care, intention, and compassion you deserve right from the start.

STEP ONE: CONSULTATION & INSiGHT SCANS
After our welcome tour, one of our scan technicians will use INSiGHT Technology which finds, measures, and quantifies how much stress and tension may be stuck in you or your child’s autonomic nervous system. To learn more about this incredible technology check out this article here.
After the scans, our doctors will sit down with you, taking the time to listen and find the root causes of you and your child’s health challenges. They will ask questions and listen to any concerns you may have.
From the start you will get to experience the gentle, precise, and safe adjustments for you and your child to begin your health journey with chiropractic!
STEP TWO: CARE PLAN & REPORT OF FINDINGS
At your next visit, you’ll sit down with our doctors to review your personalized Repair & Restoration Care Plan. This plan is thoughtfully customized to meet the unique needs of you and your child, using the results from your neurological exam and INSiGHT Scans.
We’ll walk you through the recommended frequency and duration of care to support true healing. This is also a time for you to ask any questions, share concerns, and feel fully informed and empowered as you take the next steps in your family’s care journey.
STEP THREE: ADJUSTMENT & CONTINUED CARE
The adjustments relieve tension and stress from your nervous system. We use a neuro-tonal approach to adjusting, which means your care is always tailored to your unique needs.
Our doctors are trained in a variety of gentle, effective techniques, allowing us to personalize each adjustment. This intention ensures you feel comfortable and truly cared for every step of the way. Get ready for lots of laughs, relaxation, better sleep, and some serious healing!
