When you come into the office,
you and your family will be treated like our family.
Meet the Doctor

Dr. Adam Black grew up right here in Ohio and is passionate about serving the community that helped shape who he is today. Dr. Adam attended Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri, where he graduated with his Doctorate of Chiropractic. While there, he further cultivated his passion for helping kids and families with the help of mentors, colleagues, and attending International Chiropractic Pediatric Association seminars. As a current member of the chiropractic collective Pediatric Experience, Dr. Adam has been able to continually grow in his passion to better serve families as a whole, from newborns and children to moms and dads. He is also Webster Certified.
His passion for neurologically-focused chiropractic care was ignited when he was dealing with the effects of a concussion, but chiropractic didn't just help with those related symptoms, he also found his anxiety lessening and focus increasing as well. This is when he knew that chiropractic was much more than just pain relief.
For Dr. Adam, chiropractic isn’t just a profession, it’s a calling: to walk alongside families and offer hope, answers, and help when they’ve been told there’s nothing else that can be done.
Dr. Adam is a husband and a dad of two beautiful children. He loves spending time with his family, drinking strong coffee, music, fishing, and making dad jokes. But his favorite thing of all? Seeing kids who were once struggling come alive, and watching families grow stronger together through the power of chiropractic care.
Meet the Doctor

Dr. Rachel Gray grew up in a small Minnesota town, around 500 people, and always loved working with kids. She served in her church nursery and babysat. She got a job in a sports chiropractic office out of undergrad and her eyes were opened to all the amazing things chiropractic can do. No more seasonal allergies, better sleep and focus at work, and couples finally being able to get pregnant.
She also got to see kids be adjusted and that changed the course of her life. Dr. Rachel believes God created our bodies with such intention and love. She knew that the body had the ability to heal itself, but learning how chiropractic can help our bodies do that naturally, organically, safely, she knew that's the career God intended her to have.
Dr. Rachel chose to go to chiropractic school and started in Fall 2020 during COVID, it was WILD! When it came to start thinking of specialties and directions of her future career, she saw Dr. Tony Ebel speak, and that connected all the pieces she was missing. Dr. Rachel discovered she could help kids heal and just be awesome, unlock what God has for them, help moms find the answers they are looking for with their kids and then their whole families?! In her own words, Dr. Rachel said, "SIGN ME UP YESTERDAY!"
She was blessed to find a PX office up in Alaska. There, Dr. Rachel shadowed, got to finish her school internships, and was blessed to stay on the team for the next couple years. At the beginning of 2025, God called her to more and she didn't know where he was calling her next. She had a pretty whirlwind and unpredictable summer but God had great plans, and lead her to TFC! To say we are grateful is an understatement!

I have had chiropractic care ever since I was little (thank you Mom) but during my pregnancies, births, and postpartum times I have seen the non-negotiable IMMENSE benefit of neurologically-focused chiropractic care for my mental, emotional, and of course physical health. Not only has it been super beneficial for me, but for our children Anna and Ambrose as well.
I've always been one to become easily overwhelmed by stress or by overloading my schedule and to-do lists so I often experience headaches, scatterbrain mode, anxiety, and emotional breakdowns at a drop of a hat. That is why I consistently need that reset that chiropractic provides to my nervous system. And THEN add all of the hormones and changes with pregnancy, postpartum, and mom life...I need it more than ever.
Dr. Adam & I's children have also been blessed to receive this care since only a few hours after each of their births and consistently throughout their lives. I am so grateful for the ways that chiropractic care has built such a strong foundation for their immune systems and allowing their personalities to just blossom!
I'm so excited to hear what YOU need from chiropractic and would love to support you along the way!

Care Advocate
Elyssa Hays
My chiropractic care journey started when I was pregnant with our first son and I knew I wanted to do a home birth. Since that meant not relying on any medical interventions, I knew I needed to get my body and the baby's body in optimal shape and position to help the home birth go as smoothly as possible. Little did I know, I was going to need chiropractic care during labor as well to help my son make his way into this world! Our journey didn't stop there, Thomas was extremely colicky, struggled to latch on one side, and struggled to fall asleep. After a couple of months of care, Thomas was a totally different baby. So happy, smiley and comfortable which was a big transition from looking ourselves in our house at night because Thomas was so uncomfortable and cranky. Chiropractic care has greatly improved our lives and I'm so excited to continue to watch it impact so many others!
Fun Facts about Elyssa:
-
Strives to love God above all else
-
Loves being a wife and mother to Thomas
-
Loves being outside, when it's not too cold!
-
Serving others is a huge passion of hers
-
Loves having intentional conversations and is a total extrovert.

Tiffin Family Chiropractic has changed my family’s life. I don’t say this lightly. Before TFC, our 7-year-old, Juliana, struggled with random seizures that would make her miserable and ruin her whole day (and the day for all of us). It was a living nightmare watching her suffer. Thanks to Dr. Adam, Juliana will celebrate one year seizure free on April 19. Neurologically-focused chiropractic care has given our girl the ability to live a happy, healthy life. It has given me, as her mom, peace of mind that we don’t have to wake up fearing a seizure every day. It has eased our anxiety and given us so much HOPE for Juliana’s future. I am so grateful and excited to continue sharing how God has blessed our family through TFC!
Fun Facts About Jenna:
-
I love to take walks with my family. We walk every evening as weather allows!
-
I love to make food from scratch. Flour tortillas, barbecue sauce and chocolate sauce are some of the favorites I’ve recently tried.

My chiropractic journey began during my pregnancy when I was recommended to visit TFC to help with migraines, hip pain, and other pregnancy symptoms. Dr. Adam and his team guided me through understanding what my nervous system needed during that special time, supporting me all the way through pregnancy and into postpartum.
"As a first-time mom, their continued care has been such a gift, not only for me, but for my little one as well. The adjustments have helped my son with his latch and eased tension in his neck, and it’s been incredible to see the difference.
"I’m so excited to now be part of this amazing team and to help others experience the same level of care, support, and transformation that meant so much to me!"

He and his wife are all-in for kids and families and believe fully in the body's design to heal. What we love most is, Zach knows that true healing starts with the nervous system!

Almost three years ago, I was noticing gross motor imbalances and had concerns about my son meeting his milestones. He cried often and seemed uncomfortable the majority of the time and my mama heart just knew something wasn't quite right. I had heard a few people talking about TFC opening up, so I decided to start researching the office and the benefits of neurologically-focused chiropractic care.
From the minute we stepped into the office, I knew it was a place I wanted to be. Dr. Adam was so helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel heard when it came to the concerns I had for my son. My boys have been receiving care for three years and I have seen the positive effects it has had on them in countless ways. They are able to cope with schedule changes, regulate their emotions much more consistently, and are growing and developing into the beautiful little humans God created them to be.
When I started care, I was burnt out, stressed, and exhausted. I have since completed my care plan and have seen first-hand the amazing effects of neurologically-focused chiropractic care. I am able to not just show up for my family, but show up for them fully! I have the energy to run our household and keep up with my energetic boys.
Fun Facts About Kelcey

Student Doc
Dr. Sarah Brodman
Dr. Sarah is almost finished with her chiropractic schooling and we couldn't be more thrilled to have her join us as a Student Doc! We know you'll immediately feel the warmth she brings to care. She has a passion for the Tiffin community and for seeing families heal and thrive. It's such an honor to serve with her!
Dr. Sarah shared this about her journey with chiropractic: "Chiropractic has completely changed the way I look at health. Instead of only asking, 'What symptom do we need to fix?' I’ve learned to look at the whole person, their nervous system, their story, and what their body has been adapting to over time. The biggest impact chiropractic has had on my life is that it gave me something I feel deeply called to share with other people. I love being able to help families understand what is happening in their bodies, give them hope when they’ve felt stuck, and have the privilege of walking alongside them as they move out of the storm and toward greater health."
Be sure to ask Dr. Sarah about her podcast, The Well Adjusted Chiropractor, in the office!! She also enjoys Ohio State football, local coffee and musicals!
