What You’ll Experience:

Year 1 – MASTER THE CRAFT
Jump right in—our tables are already full! You’ll get hands-on experience adjusting kids, moms, dads, and more while mastering:

• PX 5-Step Neurotonal Adjusting

• Table talk and patient rapport

• Complete care plans for subluxation-based cases
   

Year 2 – CONFIDENCE IN COMMUNICATION
You’ll build leadership in:

• Day 1 consults & Day 2 reports

• Progress evaluations & family care

• Marketing & workshops (like Perfect Storm! And Birth + Beyond!)
   

Year 3+ – GROW YOUR WAY

• Want to open your own practice? We’ll guide you through business, systems, and leadership

• Want to stay and thrive here at TFC? We’ll build a leadership path to help you grow as a powerhouse associate
   

Clinical Care Role:

You’ll play a critical role in clinical excellence and patient transformation. Responsibilities include:

• Deliver world-class subluxation analysis, adjustments, and education during every shift

• Be primarily responsible for overall patient results and retention

• Arrive before each shift to prep and review patient flow

• Support wellness growth and nurture long-term care relationships

• Lead or support workshops: Perfect Storm, Prenatal, and Raising Healthy Kids Naturally

• Participate in daily documentation (ChiroHD, Slack, in-person communication)

• Support video content creation: Restoration & Wellness ROFs, reels, and marketing

• Provide coverage for fellow docs when needed

• Engage in ongoing clinical training via Pediatric Experience Tuesday Clinical Training
