Delivered using forceps and vacuum extraction, the birth trauma Becca endured led to a really rocky start for her. She was constipated as a baby and as she grew, had awful migraines, starting in 4th grade. By high school, they were so intense she would have to miss 2-3 days of school at a time. Her family sought help from traditional medicine, but lots of tests indicated everything was "normal." Becca wasn't comfortable taking the medication a neurologist suggested, and that doctor said maybe she would "grow out of it."

At 14, she was diagnosed with Hashimoto's, an autoimmune condition of the thyroid. At that time, she was told she would have to be on medication for the rest of her life. But Becca believed in her body's ability to heal, and she started to pursue that!

Becca focused on clean eating, eliminating toxins, and she did see improvements in her Hashimoto's! But she still knew something was missing. With her first 2 pregnancies, she had to increase her medication; her doctors told her she would always have to increase in pregnancy, because pregnancy "destroys your thyroid." This still didn't sit well with Becca, and she continued seeking natural help by starting care at TFC.

Healing her nervous system through neurologically-focused care, and a beef thyroid supplement to support her thyroid naturally, were the missing links for her. After taking thyroid medication for 13 years, Becca is MED-FREE thanks to her determination to find the root cause and pursue optimal health! Jack was struggling physically and mentally after a bad knee injury. He was really concerned he wouldn’t be able to give his all in sports his senior year. Tests had shown that Jack had fluid in his knee, so he tried therapy, medication, and rest, but nothing was relieving his symptoms. He was worried he would not be able to throw for track, which would have been devastating for him, as his goal is to throw in college.

His mom found TFC and was hopeful that a different approach could help. His family was amazed that about a month into care, Jack wasn’t suffering from any more knee or back pain. He was able to go all out in his training without worrying about that injury holding him back. Jack finally had hope that he was on the right track for healing.

Jack has even seen improvements in areas he didn’t know could improve. He shared, “I definitely feel more balanced. I make better choices for sleep and feel more calm and able to handle what comes my way. My training is improving and I am so excited to see what goals I crush this track season!”

Aryanna was getting ear infections constantly. Their family was heartbroken watching their little girl suffer so many times.

She was scheduled for ear tube surgery, but her incredible parents decided to try something different first: neurologically-focused chiropractic care at TFC.

Before TFC, JJ suffered from recurrent ear infections. Mom, Jenna, lost count of how many he’d had. Each infection meant more antibiotics. Anytime the family caught a cold, JJ was hit the hardest and took the longest to recover. Thinking allergies might be the cause, his family was told to give him Zyrtec daily to help prevent future infections.

JJ also struggled with constipation and eczema. A steroid cream helped temporarily, but never made the eczema go away. Mom and Dad were heartbroken watching their sweet guy suffer in so many ways.

Eventually, JJ had surgery to place tubes in both ears. His family felt some hope as the tubes helped for a short time, but then the infections returned and more antibiotics followed. From her own healing journey, Jenna realized JJ’s ongoing eczema and constipation were likely the result of repeated antibiotic use. While under care at TFC, she talked with Dr. Adam about JJ’s struggles. After seeing his scans, Dr. Adam explained that JJ’s body was under stress and that his nervous system needed help regulating to heal naturally.

JJ started chiropractic care with an ear infection that would not go away. Despite stronger drops and antibiotics, the infection wouldn’t clear. Less than a year after surgery, one of his tubes even came out on its own. The ENT warned another surgery might be next, but his family put their full trust in Dr. Adam, hoping to stop the infections and avoid a second surgery.

Since starting care at TFC, JJ has been infection free, antibiotic free, eczema free, and no longer struggles with constipation. Mom shared, “This is the longest he’s gone without antibiotics! Savannah was very sick early in her pregnancy. By 20 weeks, she was completely exhausted by the terrible migraines and discomfort she was feeling. She had been to a different chiropractor, but that office did not serve pregnant moms. She was desperate for relief, but wasn’t sure where to turn.

Then she found TFC.

During her care plan, Savannah finally started to experience true relief from her migraines and discomfort. That physical healing brought so much peace to her heart and mind, too. As her body began to function better, her energy slowly returned, something she had longed for after such a challenging first trimester.

Then, unexpectedly, baby Wesley made his arrival 4 weeks early. Although his birth went fairly smooth, he was rushed to the NICU immediately after birth for fluid in his lungs and was put on a CPAP machine. It was very scary for Savannah and Payton to see their sweet little boy struggle.

When Wesley came home, new challenges surfaced. Nursing was incredibly difficult; he just couldn’t coordinate his suck-swallow-breathe pattern, leaving both of them frustrated and exhausted. Savannah knew in her heart that Wesley’s little body needed help regulating and relaxing so it could function as God designed. Once Wesley began care at TFC, he was finally able to latch comfortably and gain weight, a huge milestone for their family!

Savannah was very sick early in her pregnancy. By 20 weeks, she was completely exhausted by the terrible migraines and discomfort she was feeling. She had been to a different chiropractor, but that office did not serve pregnant moms. She was desperate for relief, but wasn’t sure where to turn.

Then she found TFC.

During her care plan, Savannah finally started to experience true relief from her migraines and discomfort. That physical healing brought so much peace to her heart and mind, too. As her body began to function better, her energy slowly returned, something she had longed for after such a challenging first trimester.

Then, unexpectedly, baby Wesley made his arrival 4 weeks early. Although his birth went fairly smooth, he was rushed to the NICU immediately after birth for fluid in his lungs and was put on a CPAP machine. It was very scary for Savannah and Payton to see their sweet little boy struggle.

When Wesley came home, new challenges surfaced. Nursing was incredibly difficult; he just couldn’t coordinate his suck-swallow-breathe pattern, leaving both of them frustrated and exhausted. Savannah knew in her heart that Wesley’s little body needed help regulating and relaxing so it could function as God designed. Once Wesley began care at TFC, he was finally able to latch comfortably and gain weight, a huge milestone for their family!

Life before TFC was incredibly stressful for Jenna. She was dealing with terrible digestive issues, reflux, joint pain, migraines, sleep problems, hormonal imbalances, anxiety and more. She went to the emergency room more than once, saw several specialists, and had countless tests done. She was always grateful that her test results came back normal, but it was frustrating to still struggle with all her symptoms with no clear answers. She felt like she was going crazy!

She was referred by a friend to check out TFC and thought she might as well give us a try. Healing didn’t happen overnight, but Dr. Adam was always reassuring and took the time to listen to all her concerns. Gradually, Jenna started to notice real changes: sleep improved, migraines and headaches faded, and she could enjoy more foods without upsetting her stomach. As her body healed, her hormones began to balance, and her anxiety started to fade away. It was like a weight was lifted off her shoulders with each improvement! God has richly blessed us as we get to welcome Dr. Rachel Gray!!! She will be in the office on Monday, November 3!! WE CAN'T WAIT!!!

"I grew up in a small Minnesota town, like 500 people, and I always loved working with kids. I served in my church nursery and babysat. I got a job in a sports chiropractic office out of undergrad and my eyes were opened to all the amazing things chiropractic can do. No more seasonal allergies, better sleep and focus at work, and couples finally being able to get pregnant.

I also got to see kids be adjusted and that changed the course of my life. God created our bodies with such intention and love. I knew that they had the ability to heal themselves, but learning how chiropractic can help our bodies do that naturally, organically, safely; I knew that's the career God intended me to have. I chose to go to chiropractic school and started in Fall 2020 during COVID, it was WILD!

When it came to start thinking of specialties and directions of my future career, I saw Dr. Tony Ebel speak, and that connected all the pieces I was missing. I discovered I could help kids heal and just be awesome, unlock what God has for them, help moms find the answers they are looking for with their kids and then their whole families?! SIGN ME UP YESTERDAY!

I was blessed to find a PX office up in Alaska. I shadowed, got to finish my school internships, and was blessed to stay on the team for the next couple years. At the beginning of 2025, God called me to more and I didn't know where he was calling me next. I had a pretty whirlwind and unpredictable summer but God had great plans, and lead me to TFC!"

Nikki's Story: From Total Burn Out to Hope and Healing

Nikki was burnt out, discouraged, and at the end of her rope. She was struggling with neck and back pain, migraines and was just hurting all the time. She was having nerve and neck block procedures, but nothing was giving her lasting relief.

She wasn't sure about coming to TFC because she was already trying so many things to help herself. But after learning about the powerful role of the nervous system, she thought maybe we could help her. After seeing her INSiGHT scans, it was clear Nikki's body was stuck in sympathetic "fight or flight." Even though she wasn't sure how it would go, Nikki decided to give Dr. Adam and the TFC team a chance.

Liam's Story: From A Traumatic Birth to A Thriving Boy

Sweet Liam had a rough and scary start to life outside the womb. Mom suffered from a very stressful pregnancy due to a large hematoma and placenta accreta. She was really stressed knowing that she would have to deliver Liam early.

At 30+6, Mom was rushed to the OR for an emergency C-section due to uterine rupture. Her surgery required CPR and 9 units of blood for Mom. Liam then needed to stay in the NICU for 8 weeks. To say it was a traumatizing experience for Liam's family would be the ultimate understatement.

The stress of pregnancy and birth weighed heavily on Liam as a preemie newborn. He struggled with feeding due to his gestational age, he was extremely colicky and fussy, he would arch his back and felt very rigid and stiff. He suffered from severe reflux which made him absolutely miserable. His choking would be so intense he would almost stop breathing. They tried Pepcid, which helped a little bit, but Mom didn't want that to be the only solution for Liam. It was such a scary time for his family.

Mom knew she wanted more for Liam. She wanted him to relax, grow and thrive. After his first few adjustments at TFC, Mom was surprised when Liam wasn't having choking episodes as often, and they were far less intense. Feeding came easier and Liam was growing like a weed. He was so much more relaxed and didn't have his fists clenched all the time.

Here's what Mom shared on how Liam is doing today:

"Liam is so happy! He is meeting milestones as he should and experiencing little to no issues with reflux. His overall health and well being is better than I ever imagined, especially with being born almost 11 weeks early!
