From Anxiety and Intense Emotions to Independence and Confidence

Sweet Millie was struggling so much with day to day transitions. Especially if she wasn't going to be with Mom, Millie would have intense emotions, anxiety and worry. Her family was so amazing about preparing Millie and reassuring her, but it was still really hard. Mom shared the struggle with us, saying there was "so much Mom guilt." 🥺

Seeing Millie's nervous system scans showed her family the truth. Millie's body was not broken. There was nothing they were doing wrong as parents. Millie is an incredible little girl. But Millie was struggling so much because 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘴𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘤𝘬 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘤𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘤 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘧𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵-𝘰𝘳-𝘧𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵.

Intentional, neurologically-focused adjustments allowed Millie's nervous system to release that tension naturally. And there has been miracle after miracle in this girl's healing 🥹

✨ Her body has the ability to heal faster, making sick days less stressful with faster recovery times
✨ Speaks up for herself and how she is feeling
✨ Gaining new skills, including learning to write her full name and independently learning how to snap her fingers without becoming frustrated or giving up
✨ Recovering more quickly from frustration and staying more regulated when routines or situations change
