Savannah: From Pregnancy Struggles to Thriving Postpartum

Savannah came to TFC during a very difficult pregnancy journey. Early on she experienced severe sickness, migraines, exhaustion, and constant discomfort that left her feeling depleted by just 20 weeks. She had tried chiropractic care elsewhere, but it wasn’t designed for pregnant moms, and she was still searching for real relief.

When she found TFC, things began to shift.

During her prenatal care, Savannah finally started to experience true relief from her migraines and tension. As her nervous system began to regulate and her body started functioning more efficiently, her energy slowly returned and she began to feel like herself again during pregnancy.

Then baby Wesley arrived early and spent time in the NICU for breathing support, which was a scary start to their journey as new parents.

Once home, feeding became a major struggle. Wesley had difficulty coordinating sucking, swallowing, and breathing, which made nursing exhausting for both him and Savannah. They began chiropractic care at TFC to support his little body’s regulation and development.

From there everything began to change.

Wesley started latching more comfortably, feeding improved, and he began gaining weight consistently. Huge milestones that brought so much relief and gratitude to this family.

Today, both Savannah and Wesley are thriving. He is growing well, more regulated, and happier, and Savannah is walking through motherhood with more peace, confidence, and hope!
