From Crying All Day to Content and Exceeding Milestones

Teo’s story is such a beautiful reminder of how resilient little bodies can be when given the right support. 🤍

When his family first came to TFC, Teo had already experienced so much in his short life. As a NAS baby, his nervous system was under a lot of stress. Mom shared that for the first couple months, he was often uncomfortable, struggled with constipation, and spent most days eating, sleeping, or crying. His little body stayed so tense and rigid, and you could tell he just couldn’t fully settle.

After seeing his neurological scans, so much of what they had been experiencing started to make sense. His body had been working overtime since day one.

Over time, his family began noticing small but meaningful changes. ✨ He started going to the bathroom without assistance, and during adjustments, mom noticed his body finally beginning to relax. Those little moments gave them hope that his nervous system was starting to feel more regulated and at ease.

Now, Teo is thriving in ways his family once prayed for. He’s content, playful, curious, and doing so well developmentally. He even graduated from Help Me Grow and is meeting milestones right on track or ahead of schedule. 🙌
