Let me guess.


You got five or six hours of sleep last night. And even that was broken, light, and not the deep kind your body actually needed.


You wake up already tired. Your energy sits somewhere between barely functioning and wondering if 3 PM is too early for another cup of coffee.


You have tried the supplements. You cleaned up your diet. Maybe you invested in functional testing, bioidentical hormones, or that infrared sauna membership because you were determined to finally feel better.
